Sending SMS at the stage of the business process

For SMS sending, we have Turbosms connected. Mailing setup (connecting the plan and placing templates) was carried out by Onebox employees. At the start of the quarantine, we did not replenish Turbosms without making any changes to the Onebox settings.
At the moment, we have paid for Turbosms, the mailing list has started, but at those stages . Yes, I wanted to change patterns.
Where are the templates and mailing plan. I can't find. Please help. I am attaching screenshots so that it would be clear that in the actions for the business process, there is no SMS sending. And they leave.

If not, specify in more detail on the basis of what happens and at what point (for example, provide a link to the process).
Maybe when you didn’t have funds on your Turbosms account - a queue gathered there and is now leaving? In general, without any specifics about what and how it was configured, we are unlikely to be able to help you ..

See the previous stages and not only for this process, but for all the processes in which this contact was. If the box sent an SMS, it means that such an action is at some stage.

If you delve a little, you will see that the SMS text indicated in the attached screenshot from turbosms (the phone is visible there) does not match the SMS text indicated at the Starting stage.

Dear client, if you take a look - you write an appeal on the forum, where any user can respond to your appeal.

Judging by the events - sending took place from the stage https://nautilus.crm-onebox.com/admin/shop/workflowstatus/94/action/new/ - changes were made to the stage settings.
To solve the situation "who configured what and where" - I recommend that you contact the manager / integrator who was involved in this configuration directly.
