If you have a field associated with a directory, then the record identifier from this directory is stored in the database.
That is, in theory, you need to set up the output of the field in the process so that the identifier is displayed (and stored in the database), and visually (there seems to be a template for displaying the name of the additional field) so that the value. And then when copying - you will copy the identifier as you need?

I brought something like this, but I would like it without such strong crutches.
