Good afternoon. In the send Telegram message action, we encountered such a problem, when using the name variable in the text, which is the full name of the client https://prnt.sc/106ru1z, it is in the telegram message that the name of the client is sent, but the name of the person to whom the message is sent, in my case, the name of the person responsible. Here is the configured action, for example, I duplicated the sending to Viber. Here is what I received https://prnt.sc/106s9ny. In Viber, everything flies correctly, but not in telegrams. If the variable = full name of the client, then the responsible person is not the client of the process, so the message cannot contain his full name. Tell me, can this be fixed? Thanks

I missed the action screen in the text, here it is https://prnt.sc/106smdr. If you specify the Responsible - then in the text the full name of the responsible person, if sent to the Role - everyone sees their full name in their message

The logic is different, because in the original TOR of the implementation it was different. I have previously said this to the manager you contacted. If you change it irrevocably in one direction, I'm afraid there may be problems with some of the clients. As an option, I can offer to make a setting for the telegram action so that for variables, use not the one to whom the message is sent, but the client. Well, or vice versa for viber, as you need. One such revision will take 1 hour.

Maxim, thanks for the answer, they won’t agree to modify it for a fee. Can you consider the upgrade as an investment?

Only if a user of a paid cloud tariff applies to us with such a request. It seems like earlier the conditions for the provision of investments were signed at the forum by the management.
