COMMENTS FEED: ability to delete comments if lifetime is less than 15 minutes (creation date within 15 minutes)

Hello. Question under section TAPE COMMENTS:. Often we need to correct comments that are no older than 15 minutes from the time of creation. Users are denied access to editing, but they must be able to delete and edit them within 15 minutes from the time of creation. And after 15 minutes they became inaccessible for editing and deletion. Please estimate the cost of such an improvement ...

but this is a necessity, we cannot make access permanent, it is necessary that the user card has time during which comments can be edited from the date of creation ..

there is an obvious need for all customers. the thing is that it is the storage of comments (the inability to edit) that occurs after it has been accurately entered. the understanding of "exactly entered" means that the manager rechecked the entry and made sure that everything is correct, he needs from 1 to 15 minutes to do this. now, when saving a comment, when an employee rereads and sees an error, he has to waste time - create a new comment with corrected errors, and many of our users really do not have enough time after creating a comment for editing - many ask to improve this feature to save them time .. After all, this requires a CPM system - to improve the efficiency of employees in particular and the company in total?

we can safely grant editing rights for only 15 minutes, since, for example, after a day, a month, a year, employees cannot be able to correct comments that carry valuable evidence on various important issues and each comment can play a key role in a possible investigation into the identified deficiency or conflict...

you can make a setting in the block for everyone except administrators that it is allowed to edit a comment only if less than 15 minutes have passed from the date of its creation. 4h revision
