then if they are already filled, then display the values of these fields immediately (in the form itself)
and some kind of checkbox needs to be "do not change the values" - it is necessary so that the client cannot immediately change all the values \u200b\u200bin filling in, and the employee manually checks and then corrects
The connection of the field in the form - with the field in the process is needed only so that data from the process (from which I form the form) is pulled there - if there is some other option, then it can be done differently

Forms are the best fit for this, you just need to somehow see the already filled fields.
