the client selects a product, sends it to the basket, then places an order, enters all his data, fills in all the fields marked with an asterisk for mandatory filling, selects New mail, city, branch .... and when you click the Place an order button, the system thinks a little and returns again to choosing to send the order. at the same time, the lines with the full name and phone number remain filled, and the choice of the method of sending, followed by the choice of the city and branch, disappears. The same thing happens when you try to checkout.
