Minute action not working

Here's the challenge

here is a minute action: Change the stage of processes depending on the fields
here: https://dimsp.crm-onebox.com/admin/auto/action/minute/edit/#done
according to the settings, it should switch the task
from [3 month] status to [Create invoice] status

The task stage is required, the value in the field is 3,
as needed in action to switch
It's been 15 minutes and the action still hasn't worked

Please correct or explain why

This is because you are an admin in the system. And switching actions occurs on behalf of the person in charge or the author of the process. And he may not have the necessary access rights and he gets a process switch error in the crown.

can you explain what this checkbox does,
to change its name to a more appropriate one
since my tasks do not have any subtasks for suppliers,
