Bug in adding actions/editing to procedures and stages of business processes - HTTP ERROR 500

when going to procedures
https://admin.uatech.pro/admin/shop/workflow/18/procedure/
and clicking the link "Actions when clicking" or "Actions when editing a process" gives an error:
"Page unavailable The site admin.uatech.pro cannot process this request yet.
HTTP ERROR 500"
similarly when clicking on the "Actions" button on the stages in the business process designer.
