Actually action every hour sends letters on payments for the previous hour. Considering that the time of sending is indicated, this will happen at the specified time by a scheduled mailing.

this action worked correctly out without changing the name !
the problem is that periodically this action does not work and I'm already tired of writing about it, the revision cost 7 hours! and there are already 19 tasks for the fact that the action does not work ....

Are these customers of the specified orders - 100% subscribed to the dialogue with your viber account? It will be impossible to send a message to a viber account that is not signed (messages are not allowed), only if you are not an official viber partner (or whatever)
