The OneBox product has several versions: MVP, Revolition, ... -

In your situation:
- you had a version of Revolution (previous), you ordered it and they made a revision to it.
- then you asked to upgrade to MVP - another employee upgraded you.
At the same time, about once every 2-3 weeks, all the improvements from previous versions (in this case, from Revolution) are transferred to the new version (MVP). This is not an instantaneous or automated mechanism, it requires the manual intervention of developers (and not one).
Therefore, this situation arose.
Usually, we have a rule that improvements are accepted only for the latest version of OneBox, but the client cannot always be updated in 1 minute, and the improvement is urgently needed.
