BP order not moving

Order No. 26925.
It is not possible to advance beyond the status "TTN created" either directly in the order, or on the page with the list of orders manually. Please advise what is wrong.

Also, when transferring to the status, the order is completed, for example, on the page of all orders

These errors are thrown by Rozetka Seller API
They mean that you are trying to change the status of a process on the Outlet to one that cannot be changed to. More details on the questions "Why not?" - Rosette technical support will answer you at your request.
