Dmitry, I don't understand the OneBox system, that's why your tuner was hired. This is not the only order from the outlet, we have the bp configured depending on the status of the np. Other orders work fine, it's not clear to me why in this particular case:
1. The order was not completed, as it should be according to bp
2. Why was there a transition from my name to a stupid status, if I didn’t make any transitions, let alone send SMS manually to the client
