Answers:

1. Did the user check the spam folder?
2. Did the user reboot the phone?
3. Does the user have an e-sim or a sim?
4. From what point did you stop receiving SMS? (date, change of location, change of mobile device, etc.)

I tried to request a password for a Ukrainian phone number, and the password came. But I can't log into the box under the Ukrainian number, it was our second license, now it's gone. And the Polish number doesn't receive SMS
