Good afternoon
Tell me, is it possible to somehow restore one process? I accidentally discovered that someone deleted it, but I need it.
Here is the Box https://our-store.com.ua/, and here is the process number 100951

Good afternoon, the processes are restored with the same button that is deleted. Select the deleted process using filters.

Good day. The process with ID 100951 does not exist in your box. Are you sure that it existed at all?

Good day! Yes, it was. Here is a link to the write-off of the product in which the process is https://our-store.com.ua/app/storage/products/30575/storage/

Set the action "Clear data on deleted processes" for at least 100-200 days, then such situations will not arise. The same for other entities. The specified process can only be restored from backups with tools, if it remains there, it can take about 3 hours. Issue an invoice?

Thanks, but I checked and there is no option to set the period in this action.

Thanks for the help, but probably not necessary. I'll make do as I can and keep in mind for the future that I don't need to do this(((
