Save error

I'm trying to switch to the New Promise status - it freezes and then sees an error that is not related to the current status and repeat after 15 seconds - it does not help.
I try to just click save - also an error, the process just hangs
In the logs I see some kind of failure even when saving
[0] => 500
[1] => Engine: Argument currentid is missing
[2] => /var/www/crmdobavkiua/web1/web/packages/Engine/Engine_URLParser.class.php:272
[3] => #0 /var/www/crmdobavkiua/web1/web/packages/Engine/Engine_Class.class.php(204): Engine_URLParser->getArgument()
