Answers:
the client has several FOPs, and the NP office is tied to a specific FOP, on which the check should be generated. therefore, it is necessary to check the cabinet, and depending on this, choose integration with the Checkbox.
now we have implemented it through an additional field. the manager fills it in, then at the stage the NP cabinet is pulled up and the Checkbox cash register is placed. but there is confusion with the fields - they need the "TTN Parameters" block, and you must also fill in this additional field.
if you can somehow get a variable for the NP office - it would be very cool.

Is it not possible to make it easier for the manager to make some click-by-click procedures or step-by-step stages so that when switching to a specific procedure/stage, the NP cabinet changes and the appropriate Checkbox cabinet is used?

It's a little not useful, to put it mildly) I don't see the point of implementing 1 more non-obvious "crutch" when it's already configured)
