Processes hang when transitioning between stages

Good afternoon! Today, processes began to hang, the transition between stages for a minute or several minutes. First I checked for individual actions, which could be the problem. As a result, the freeze also occurs when the transition to an empty stage (all actions are turned off). It also takes a long time to create a new process, waiting up to a minute.
