Question

We have the functionality of promotional codes, and more specifically, a block in the admin part, in which you can enter a promotional code and write its amount in an additional field (screen1)
I need to make a functional that will compare the amount of the promotional code for each product and the amount of the discount for each product and write more in the additional field of the process product. This is all I managed to set up.
But there is one but.
When we use a promotional code - it is also used as a discount for the process and after miscalculations, I need to remove this discount for the process.
I try to use the action "Set process discount for all products" (screen 2) , but it does nothing - the discount remains in place (screen 3) (I check here https http://lululoyalty.crm-onebox.com/admin/customorder/order/27473/edit/) . I could use the "Set process discount for all products" + "Remove process
