OS - Process Structure

The only block that can reflect a complex structure right in the process, but it is very lacking in functionality:
1. Select fields to display.

2. Minimize parent processes.

3. Collapse the entire block.

In general, there is a lack of a single display standard for blocks. It is clear that the functionality of the blocks is different, but the style should be the same. A bunch of different variations of how the blocks look (some with roundings, others even, third like material UI, fourth like WIn98, etc.), although they said that now there is some kind of interface standard. Does he exist at all?

As one employee says to us, "the work is done for evaluation - fuck off."

Please correct the hat, it has slipped.
The arrow at the last one in terms of the BP level can be removed, it is useless there.
Here (see screenshot) is an example that one of the parts of the text should be bold.

And another question, how can I swap the responsible and the name? Or would you like to be able to turn off all the captions except for the title?
that is, to be:
title
status
