How to group values of process fields and/or additional fields in bp and for printing
For example, there are a number of processes, from the data from them you need to make a table and save it in a separate bp
Table example:
No., Date, Customer, Invoice, Additional field1, Additional field2, etc.
I saw similar requests on the forum related to the suborder variable, the author did not receive a final answer and did not confirm that everything works and there is no clearly written implementation mechanism in them or that improvement is needed ..

maybe the action "Collect information on processes" in automation once an hour is suitable for you
it looks for processes in the selected BPs and statuses and adds them as products to a new process,
