We have a problem that we do not know how to solve.

As a rule, we send letters to counterparties from the comments feed. Some employees have added personal emails to their profiles. And now if you write an email, then the personal email is automatically substituted, and not the corporate one. Is there a setting that:
- does not add a deactivated email in the "from" field?
or
- corporate email will always be the first when creating a letter
How to solve this problem?

Thanks, but then there will be two identical addresses in the list. Maybe you can make it so that if the same corporate address is added to the employee's card, then this duplication will simply not be displayed and the address from the card will be the first in the list?
