Hello! When creating an Order from an incoming call, the client's name is transferred to the quick Order form, but the phone number is not. How can this be fixed?
PS After saving the Order, all fields are filled in correctly, the question is in the form of a quick order and the "phone" field is not filled

Good afternoon, this should be the default for this button. The client's phone number will be automatically added to the order based on who is selected by the client when creating the process, if you do not fill in the phone number manually.
