This setting is currently disabled. The reason for this is that you have tariff 1, and the server is already from tariff 3 and you use 95% of its resources with the settings you have. Currently, if you enable this setting again, you will be forcibly enabled an additional disk and the cost of renting the system will be changed to +50$ per disk, if you are satisfied with this, you can enable this setting in actions. I also advise you to monitor the data you are downloading and its quantity, as if they will not fit into the server from the current tariff, you will be forcibly connected either a disk or a changed tariff.
