Not all contacts in the system are useful. For example, someone writes in Viber or Telegram and a contact is created, then it is combined with the client's main card and deleted.

I don't like this idea, after deleting a contact a lot of things that rely on the id of this contact can break. I don't see the point in doing this to delete 1000 contacts from your system.
