Creating orders without creating new contacts

The question is about API Orders. To create an order in the system, it is required to specify the client's email and phone number as mandatory request parameters. The problem is that when an order is created in the system, in parallel with this, a new contact is created from the specified mail and number. Is it possible somehow to perform this operation without creating new contacts in the system?

There is no such possibility now, contacts are created only if there are no clients with such contact details in the system. If it doesn't matter to you which client is in the order - always send the same contact
