Using the automatic action "PromUA / Save the delivery declaration number of the current process", the EH number of New Mail from OneBox (from the order card) is not transferred to the order on Prom.Ua. According to the settings at the "Delivered" stage https://prnt.sc/v29o0k, the automatic action "PromUA / Save the delivery declaration number of the current process" should work and transfer the EH number of New mail from the order https://prnt.sc/v29pps to Prom. Ua. But EN are not transmitted. https://prnt.sc/v29v0f

Hello.
We re-requested the transfer of TTN to prom.ua - according to the documentation https://public-api.docs.prom.ua/#/Delivery/post_delivery_save_declaration_id, we received the response {"status":"success"} - that is, the TTN must be transferred and updated.
Please check on the promo, and our next steps are:
1. if the TTH has been updated - then we will need a test process, on which we will check directly during the initial switching for an error from Prom.ua or a problem with the transfer on our part
2. if the TTN has not been updated, it will be necessary to write this question to technical support, why, when using the above documentation method, the invoice number is not updated

When sending without TTN, we get an error that there is no invoice number.
When trying to use TTN from the process specified in the topic description, we get the error "The declaration number is already attached to another order."
I can assume that either there was a similar situation with the previously indicated process, or some other checks that are not known to us are taking place on the Prom side, which also give an error and do not record TTN.
Actually, for further tests, it is necessary that the TTN number be indicated in the process, which is not duplicated with other processes.

We get the error "Express waybill does not exist" - apparently, Prom checks immediately whether such an EN exists on Nova Poshta - and it does not exist immediately after its creation.
As an option - it may make sense to make some kind of pause in the form of switching stages between actions (for example, we created TTN, and after N time we switch to Delivered, where the transfer will be) - I recommend that you check with Nova Poshta and Prom, what is there should be a delay so that some see the EN of others.
Well, either do the above action so that it works once a minute (perhaps with the setting of how many minutes to try to send TTN to Prom), with a check whether it was sent - and then being on the status, for example, it will be possible every 15 minutes to try to send TTN to Prom, until we will not send - but this is a revision of 2 hours

OK. Now let's check. Created TTN and in 15 minutes I will send through the automatic action "PromUA / Save the number of the current process delivery declaration" I will transfer the TTN to Prom.Ua.
