The multilist field is not transferred to the contact card via api/contact-add/json/

Good afternoon. In the process, when you go to a certain stage, a customer card is created. One of the fields (additional process field) is a multilist, and when creating a contact card, the corresponding field in the card is not filled.
Multilist fields are not written to the API contact card? or is it somehow possible? suitable for both api/contact-add/json/ and api/contact-update/json/
