How it works «Venyoo» #
Venyoo allows to ensure getting of requests (leads) from Venyoo chat to OneBox. Leads are converted to processes during import process. To enable the feature, specify the following items in the app settings:
- workflow ID for processes created (if not specified - default workflow will be used);
- ID of the person, responsible for the process. (if you leave the field blank - responsible person will be pulled from the default workflow. If it wasn't specified there, one of the random employee will be chosen from your system).
