Component «Mobile warehouse (work with scanner)»

This component significantly simplifies the work of warehouse staff. Now, all warehouse operations can be carried out using the built-in scanner in the OneBox OS mobile app or through third-party scanners, such as Zebra. Currently, the app offers the following features:

• Receiving goods: Scan the barcode or QR code of the item, and it will be automatically added to the cart. Then, scan or manually select the storage cell, and the system will automatically determine the warehouse and fill in the necessary fields. Once all items are scanned, you can complete the receipt with a single click.
• Writing off goods: Scan the barcode or QR code of the item, and it will be added to the cart. After that, scan or select the cell from which the item needs to be written off. The system will automatically determine the warehouse and fill in the necessary fields in the cart. Once all items are scanned, the write-off is completed with a single click.
• Transferring goods: Scan the barcode or QR code of the item, add it to the cart, then scan the cell from which the item should be moved and the cell to which it should be transferred. The system will automatically determine the warehouse and fill in the fields. After scanning all items and cells, the transfer happens with one click.
• Generating barcodes (QR codes) for warehouse cells: The system allows you to create templates for barcodes (QR codes) for warehouse cells, which can be printed and placed on shelves. With this convenient feature, you can also automatically generate and fill in fields for barcodes in selected or all warehouse cells with a single button press.
• History of item storage in cells: The system will show you where the item was previously stored or where it is currently located.

These features help automate and speed up all warehouse processes, reducing human error and increasing operational efficiency.
