Component «Signal»

This component integrates OneBox OS with the Signal messenger, giving you powerful customer interaction capabilities.

Possibilities:

1. Centralized Control: View and send all Signal messages directly from the app's home page.
2. Easy integration: Connect your new device via QR code in the application settings.
3. Effective Emails: Use the Bulk Emails app to send messages to your customers via Signal.
4. Process Automation: Import Signal messages into events automatically.
5. Create processes from messages: Turn Signal messages into processes and chats without any extra effort.
6. Convenient messaging: Send messages in Signal at any stage of your work.
7. General Chat: Communicate with your team through the “General Chat” block right in the process.
8. Multi-Integration: Supports multiple accounts for maximum flexibility.
9. Commenting: Post messages via the comment thread.
10. Advanced Features: Work with Signal messages and contacts via "share to":

• "Mass mailing" from contacts,
• "Business process client mailing" from business processes,
• "Show events by messages" from the main page,
• "Show all contacts from messages"
• "Show processes by messages" from the main page.

When installing the application, you will need additional software on the server (for cloud clients, the software is installed automatically). If problems arise during automatic installation, we will process the request for manual installation within a day.
