How it works «Kyivstar UPA» #
It allows to run search by users and check the process by them. The import of users is performed by the phone number from respective msisdn field
If a user was not found, a new one would be created. If a user was found/created, the process search will run within specified workflow with the value of chosen field equal to subscriptionName field value among the data, which just arrived. If the process was not found, a new one would be created.
A chosen additional field and the Due date will be updated in the process later.
If there're some settings missing, the process will not be created/found.
