How it works «CallsApp» #
CallsApp allows to place calls by clicking on the phone number in client's card (click-to-call) through your CallsApp telephony. The record of the call and its recording will be imported into events section of OneBox. For those employees, who have CallsApp telephony phone number provided in the system, registration of the calls for him can be configured. If no phone number provided, you can specify, whom should a call be registered to (what employees' phone numbers) in settings.
