How to create your own application for OneBox OS?

Application pricing
The application provider (vendor, developer) determines the cost of his application.. The application is charged only in US dollars (USD). When a user buys an application, 70% of the money is sent to the supplier, 30% of the commission money is collected by OneBox. The supplier can choose the charging model for his application:
- Free
- one-time N USD
- monthly N USD
- one-time N USD per user (if there are 5 users in the box that buys the application, for example, Tariff-5 - then the price will be 5 USD/user)
- monthly N USD per user
Communication with users
Once your app is hosted on OneBox OS, users will be able to post questions on the forum, linking their questions to your app.
By default, the application provider is responsible for your application on the forum.. As soon as someone asks a question on the forum, the supplier will receive a notification in the form of an email + a red icon on the website.
We do not force suppliers to respond on the forum, but if the topics are unanswered, then:
- first we will politely ask you to answer several times,
- then OneBox will post an excuse response" Please ask your question directly to the supplier at to these contacts". And all forum users will see this.
Application Types
OneBox OS supports three types of applications:
- native app
- fake app
- workflow app
We strongly recommend starting cooperation using the fake app model.
Native app
To create such an application yourself, you will need a boxed OneBox (installed on your server), as well as good programming skills in PHP. At the moment, the documentation is not publicly available, but if you are a boxed client, you can request it from your distributor or integrator.
You can also contact partners, who specialize in developing applications for OneBox OS and order application development for money. Prices and conditions are individual, determined by partner developers, the OneBox company itself does not regulate them in any way.
To create a Native app, it is not necessary to become a partner, but to publish it on the OneBox OS website, it is required.
Fake app
Fake app - this is a marketing story. Instead of creating an application, we first host it in OneBox OS, only instead of a button" Install" there will be a button" Let me know when to appear".
When the user clicks on this button, the application provider receives the contacts of the user (lead), can contact him, discuss the features of the application. The idea is that the supplier can get feedback even before they start making the application. What's the point of making an app if no one needs it??

Conditions for creating a fake app:

- you advertise the application through your marketing channels;
- we advertise the application through our communication channels with customers.
Mutual advertising of fakeapp is a prerequisite for fakeapp. The supplier is obliged to be the first to launch advertising, for example, a newsletter to its customer base.
Workflow app
Workflow app - this is when a workflow (business process) or group of workflows is packaged into a virtual application. When a user installs a workflow app from the site, the specified business process is automatically deployed in its box, with all the automation at the stages, with all the interface settings.
Allows you to configure CRM/ERP systems for industries. For example, CRM for lawyers, for real estate, for the agricultural sector, and so on.
To create your own workflow app:
- you become partner;
- in any cloud OneBox OS you create the necessary business processes;
- send your partnership manager a link to the configured business processes, an icon and description of the application, pricing conditions - and we package the application and place it on site;
- optionally we do mutual advertising: you advertise the application according to your marketing channels, we advertise the application through our communication channels with customers.
