Make multilingual for directories

Now all reference books created through the Object Builder have only one version for all languages. Also, a single version has a system directory Filter Colors and Characteristics. If the lookup, for example, is connected to a product filter, the values of this filter cannot be translated into other languages, because values are drawn from the directory, which does not currently support multilingualism. Such a filter will be displayed in the same way in all languages. It is necessary to make directories, both system and user-created, also multilingual. So that, depending on the language of the system, the corresponding version of the directory is pulled into the fields to which it is linked. If the field already has a value selected from the lookup, when switching to another system language, this value should change to the one corresponding to the current language.
