Can you help me figure out how these checkboxes work? What exactly are they responsible for? what happens if on/off control for example? I would like detailed instructions.

The product lists themselves can be seen here (Figure 1).
And on access rights everything is simple.
Browsing - you can view these lists, but unless management is enabled you can't create them.
Management - you can create/edit product lists.
It is important to note that product lists are not the products themselves, but a certain array of products that are often interconnected in some way.
