Try sending to numbers in international format, i.e. 380....
To do this, you need to change the auto-formatting of phone numbers https://ceylon.crm-onebox.com/app/contact/settings/phone_auto_format/. Now there is very strange behavior: 380xxxxxxxxx formats to 0xxxxxxxxx, why is this?

the documentation shows examples in the +380 format
If I were you, I would clarify with technical support the supported phone number formats when sending SMS, perhaps formatting from 0 to 380 as indicated above will be sufficient

Autoformatting was configured by the integrator, it seems, for Binotel.
AlfaSMS technical support confirmed that the "380" format is suitable, "+" is not needed. Made appropriate changes.

Now all messages with the status "waiting to be sent" have been sent.
How to filter customers who did not receive SMS and the process ended with "error" status?
I want to send them a message again.
