How to solve a problem?

Answer 1

1. The client can recover the password - i.e. enter the mail by which he registers with us and change the password.
2. Write to the mail a.chizhik@crm-onebox.com the client's data and you will be sent access in a response letter. (or the client himself will write the path indicating the topic)
