The fact is that there is only 1 user in this box and it is not you, so you cannot recover the password. In order to gain access to this box, you need to create a user, grant him administrator or employee rights, as well as a login and password. I can do it, just write me an email to my mail i.shcherbatykh@crm-onebox.com and I will send you login and password to login. Please tell me in your letter how many licenses you have in this box, so that I understand that you are the owner of this box.
