I can't log into the created OneBox OS cloud

Question

I installed cloud OneBox, received login details and a link by mail. I followed the link, entered the username and password from the letter and after confirmation I get the message: "Wrong combination of username and password.". When I try to recover the password, I indicate the e-mail to which the box was registered, the page switches to waiting for the code to be entered, but the letter never arrives at the specified e-mail.
