Different logic of operation of switches for global rights settings

Answers:

1 If you want to prevent the user from accessing this page, turn off Menu -> System Settings -> Other in the access rights setting. There are some settings that are available under other access rights settings, for example, this setting flexibility will allow you to specify that the user can configure contact types, but cannot configure address types.
2 If there is no access to the products, the user will not be able to view the list of products. To see the list of products, you must enable Products in the access rights. To limit the visibility of products for an employee - you can set only those categories that are available to him in the access rights Products -> Categories

Here the situation is different. Only the setting Additional fields for products gives access to them, but it still gives access to the section, despite the fact that the parent category Settings is disabled.
Also, I can’t hide the Other menu from the settings, you don’t need to completely turn off the Settings.

But the link will still give you access.
