For their part, they did everything and after they wrote the message "your server does not boot into the installed OS, and something prevents it from doing so, as we explained to you. Use kvm and the recovery system to fix the problem. We do not provide software support and therefore can't help you with domain issues."
We are ready to give access to kvm. To whom and where, and how soon can this be done?
