That's right, you have filtered the report by a specific contact - and according to the report logic, when selecting contacts, the condition of the presence of the client in the order for the filtered period or in payment orders or in warehouse operations orders is imposed. As I understand it, this particular contact does not appear anywhere, so the report is not generated further.
