You need to create a report table, where there will be: a table with columns:
Name of the consultant
Shift start date and time, break time, shift end date and time
Shift duration (end time minus start time)
Duration of breaks
Net working time (end time minus start time minus break time)
A filter is also required:

Variations can be different - according to the work schedule, according to the history of authorization into the system (if not disabled), according to the history of changes in the system (that the user did something, went through the pages in the system, etc.)
