At the moment, none.
This is too abstract a question.
OneBox is not a commodity exchange, it does not monitor any demand for goods.
If you find some system that can do something like that - let me know, it became interesting myself.

Perhaps it meant to be able to see "and what goods I sold and how much over the past month / year." If so, then there are several reports in the report designer that have it. They show the number of items sold, grouped by category, for example.
