Creation of reports. Filters

When working in OneBox, it sometimes seems that the system was created not to facilitate the work process, but to complicate it as much as possible, well, at least the setup process!
How could one come up with such settings interfaces, the interface for setting filters in reports in particular. 3/4 of the screen is free, and you suffer in tiny fields, setting up additional fields by filters! This is a terrible dream!
Couldn't it have been done differently? There are so many unnecessary actions to be done and nerves to spend while scribbling, there are no words.
To find the required additional field, you need to open the settings of all of them!!!
Just a terrible implementation.
Is it really impossible to give it a name in all filters when choosing an Additional field, so that you can quickly navigate through all this many additional fields.
