Using the "Logical Type" field when displaying values in an additional field

Please help me figure out or find a solution how to use the "Logical type" field when displaying values in an additional process field to show only those that have the value On?
I suspect that the solution is somewhere in the "Formula for displaying search results from the directory for a universal block" field, but I can't understand the principle.
That is, I need to deactivate events that have already taken place, but they should remain in the Directory.

In the filter panel in the directory on the left there is a filter for this field, use it. In order not to filter only open events every time, make yourself a Links application and insert this link there, so you will always go in and initially see only active events

Thanks, but it's a bit different. I need to show only the data that has the Archive field active in the additional process field. The question is - how to filter this data?

Add a new additional field Archive to the process, link it to the same reference book and the field Archive of the reference book. Set 1 there in the starting status, display the additional field in the interface, after that, when searching for another field of the same reference book, only lines where archive=1 will be shown, because the additional field Archive linked to the reference book has 1 in this order
