Duplicate records when using forms in CRM

Hello! When using forms, the following was discovered. When a user fills out a form and clicks the "Submit" button, he is taken to a "result page", for example, with thanks for filling out the form, and his data is entered into the system.
The problem that has arisen is that if the user refreshes this page, or closes the browser and then reopens it on the same page, the data will fly through the form into the system again, as if it were a repeated filling. In our system, this leads to the fact that for some clients we have duplicate applications, and in large quantities, when in fact there is only one client, and the form was filled out only once.
It's the same as if after adding a product to the cart on a marketplace, when you refresh the page, this product would be added to the cart again and again (or the payment for it would be charged again).
Please consider the functionality of sending data from the form to the CRM and make it so that when refreshing the page there is no repeating action.

Good afternoon.
But the user sees a dialog box in the browser that he confirms the repeated filling of the form and consciously makes the repeated filling?

Good afternoon, Maxim Vadimovich. Thank you for your answer.
Indeed, a dialog box appears on my device. And another employee has the following situation:
"I have never had such a window displayed on any of my devices. And yesterday, according to my screenshots, where I had 12 applications, this window was also not there, I simply pressed the button REFRESH the page in the browser and a new application was sent ONLINE"
Maybe in some browsers or OS the window does not appear?
The employee promised to record a video of filling out the form, I can send it to you directly.

Sorry, there was a misunderstanding - the employee says that "he already sees this pop-up window". But still, this does not suit us, because our clients are often elderly people. They do not read this message or perceive it incorrectly, and click "Continue" in this dialog box, because they think that maybe something did not work or the data was not sent.
Is it possible to somehow disable this dialog box in our system? So that simply after filling in the data is sent once, and there is no possibility to send data again?
Thank you in advance for your reply!

Unfortunately, I don't see a OneBox linked to your account to help me figure out the answer based on your current settings.
There are several options to solve your need:
1. If you send a link to the form to the client using the "Send form" action at the process stage (or using automation once a day) - there is a setting in the form of a checkbox "Prohibit re-filling of the form" - it will not allow the form to be filled out twice using the sent link
2. If you create a business process each time a form is filled out, which is then available for viewing in the user's personal account, you can use the settings in the form to redirect to the process page in the personal account.
3. Improve the ability to redirect to another (or current page) that will reset the browser to the fact that the form has been filled out - improvement will take 1 hour ($36)

Thank you for your reply. Our clients go to forms simply by clicking on a link they receive, for example, via a telegram channel. They do not use their own account and do not have access to it. After the form is sent, a process is created (each time after sending), with which we keep track of events. I tried to apply path #2 in our case, but after clicking "Send", the form goes back to its original form and is not sent (the process is not created). Apparently, this option (redirect to the process page) will not work for us.
