Where can you see exactly what the payment is for and how it is calculated?
Seeing data, etc. Resources used gives a limited view and is not very clear.
We had a data charge, 500 contacts were transferred (there were 512), a $2 charge popped up, as soon as I paid it, the price immediately became $5, but the number of records we had did not increase.

Good afternoon. You can check the number of resources used by going to the "My Companies" menu and selecting "Resources Used" in the "Actions" drop-down list opposite the desired OneBox.

Data counting is performed in multiples of 1000 data. You probably have several entities that exceed 500 - meaning you are using most of the 1000 allocated data - and this is counted in the price of the tariff.

Oh! that's at least some kind of explanation. That is, everything is summed up, contacts are processes. And where to see so much of what. You can access contacts, you can access files. But where are the rest of the processes?
