iCOLOR CRM-ERP-BPM The client ignores our CP? This is not a sentence!

There is a problem that I have personally encountered that really confuses and worries me, even stresses me out.

In my opinion, this is also one of the most painful points in sales: time and effort invested, but silence in return. This is clearly visible in the screenshots, this "Did not respond to the CP" is a direct indicator of lost opportunities.

Let's figure out how to change this situation, and my virtual assistant, AI Gemini, is helping me with this, so that I can structure and rethink its recommendations...

realistically, so much time is spent on "empty" requests that people leave
and then they get annoyed that you start pushing them to figure out what they wanted
