There is a user box.dobroznak.com
He has 10 million records in this table, and it can either be cleaned up, or the client on a separate piece of iron, not even vps, with his mysql loads.
And a bunch of other queries like this:
SELECT * FROM shopprocessorque WHERE logicclass='Shop_Processor_NotificationPush' AND parameters='a:2:{s:11:\"useridArray\";a:1:{i:0;s:1:\"4\";}s :9:\"commentid\";i:16587534;}' AND run='0' LIMIT 1
there are 2 million records in the table, logicclass and parameters are varchar and longtext, not indexes by any means.

10M records is a lot and as far as I know we fixed it 4 years ago.
If not, clean up the table in cron hour.
